Det er efterhånden sjældent at ringbindene bliver taget ned fra reolen, og nye papir bliver tilføjet det fysiske arkiv. Sådan har det efterhånden været i en god håndfuld år. De fysiske bilag bliver færre alt imens den digitale indbakke vokser på livet løs. Efterhånden som kontakten med arbejdsgiver, banker og offentlige myndigheder foregår digitalt, bliver det også vigtigere at have et godt digitalt arkiv-system, så du hurtigt kan finde de dokumenter, du mangler. Her kan du f.eks. bruge den gratis e-Boks.

Gem dokumenterne mens du husker det

Husker du at tage backup af dine dokumenter? Vi bliver efterhånden bedre til at gemme vigtige dokumenter på eksterne enheder eller i skyen. Ofte skal der dog en rigtig grim oplevelse til, inden vi sådan rigtig husker det. Det kunne være en halvfærdig eksamensopgave, der pludselig forsvandt, eller et vigtigt bilag, der lige pludselig ikke kunne åbnes.

Ved at gemme dokumenter i skyen, har du både sikret dig muligheden for backup, men det giver også masser af frihed. Du kan nemlig få adgang til dokumenterne i skyen fra en hvilken som helst enhed uanset hvor du er i verden.

Men er det sikkert? Du har måske hørt om episoder hvor berømtheder fik deres konti hacket, og intimt eller fortroligt indhold delt på internettet. For de dygtigste hackere vil der altid være en vej ind. Men sådan er det jo også hjemme hos dig selv, hvor adgangen til dine støvede ringbind næppe kræver den dygtigste indbrudstyv. Benytter du en officiel platform, har du intet at frygte.

E-Boks kan bruge til mange ting

Du kender sikkert allerede e-Boks. Mange danskere er allerede tilmeldt den gratis tjeneste, som ejes af Nets og PostNord. Siden 2014 har det været et krav, at alle danskere over 15 år kunne modtage digital post fra det offentlige, og her er e-Boks den ene af to muligheder for at modtage breve fra det offentlige. Den anden mulighed findes på hjemmesiden Borger.dk.

I udgangspunktet er e-Boks en postkasse hvor du kan sende og modtage krypteret indhold fra offentlige myndigheder samt private virksomheder, som du giver tilladelse til, må kommunikere gennem platformen. Det kunne f.eks. dreje sig om din arbejdsgiver, din bank eller dit telefonselskab.

Indbakken i din e-Boks har ubegrænset plads, så du behøver altid være bange for at løbe tør for gigabytes. Hvad de færreste er klar over, er at e-Boks også kan fungere som en smart og ganske gratis platform til upload af andre typer dokumenter.

Dokumenter gemt i skyen

Til hver e-Boks-konto hører (foruden indbakken med ubegrænset plads) 1 gb plads, som du kan bruge på lige det, du har lyst til. Det betyder, at du kan gemme vigtige dokumenter som skødet på dit hus, eksamensbeviser eller lignende. Når du er logget ind på e-Boks, skal du blot vælge ’upload dokument’ i menuen, og så er du i gang.

1 gb lyder måske ikke af meget, og der er da heller ikke plads til alle dine feriebilleder i mappen. Til gengæld fylder tekstdokumenter ikke så meget som billeder og videoer, og der er således god plads til de vigtige dokumenter, du måtte ligge inde med. Når dokumenterne er uploadet, ligger de gemt i skyen, og det er kun dig, der har adgang til dem.
