Den helt rette gulvafslibning og efterbehandling til min nye lejlighed. 

Når man taler om gulvafslibning, er der mange, der glemmer at tale om efterbehandling, og det er mindst lige så vigtigt som selve afslibningen. Jeg har for nyligt investeret i en ny lejlighed, og for at sige det mildt trængte gulvene virkelig til en kærlig hånd, og ikke bare en lille hånd! 

Lejligheden er fra 60’erne og har i hvert rum et lækkert og mere eller mindre ensartet trægulv – på nær badeværelse, hvilket selvfølgelig også ville være mystisk! Men altså det her trægulv synes jeg, virkelig giver lejligheden en masse hygge, og jeg var egentlig ret interesseret i at bevare nogenlunde det look, men måske lidt mere moderne. Jeg tog derfor kontakt til et professionelt gulvfirma ved navn NC Gulve, og bookede dem til at komme ud og give mig et uforpligtende tilbud. 

De kiggede sig omkring på gulvet og vurderede, hvor store skader der var på gulvet. Til mit held var skaderne faktisk begrænset, så en gulvafslibning ville være nok frem for at starte med en gulvafhøvling. Så problemet lå mere i, at tiden var løbet fra det lidt gullige skær gulvet havde. Jeg ytrede mit ønske for lysere gulve og knapt så blanke, men at jeg stadig ønskede træ looket, for at høre hvad de kunne tilbyde af muligheder. Jeg pointerede også at det ikke skulle kræve ekstraordinær vedligeholdelse, og jeg ville gerne have et resultat, som var forholdsvist modstandsdygtigt overfor skidt og snavs. Vi talte lidt om det, og de gik derefter i gang med at måle alle rum op i lejligheden, så de havde en opmåling af, hvor mange kvadratmeter det drejede sig om, da jeg kan forstå, at prisen blandt andet beregnes ud fra dette. Herefter rådede de mig, ud fra mine ønsker, til at vælge en efterbehandling med en hvid, mat lak. Det hvide i denne lak ville give det lyse jeg efterspurgte, og det matte ville forhindre gulvet i at få det traditionelle blanke look. Samtidig ville vedligeholdelse af gulvet været forholdsvis lige til. Herefter beregnede de en pris ud fra kvadratmeter og valg af efterbehandling. Og jeg må sige, det var faktisk billigere, end jeg havde turde håbe på. Så det var en virkelig god oplevelse, og en uge efter kom de og udførte arbejdet over et par dage, da der var en del kvadratmeter. Jeg må sige, at jeg er virkelig blevet glad for resultatet, det står knivskarpt og giver det lys, som jeg havde håbet på!
