In Platform4 Shop you can order products through our website. If you are interested in products you do not find on the website, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
It is also possible to pick the product up and pay directly in our opening hours every Wednesday 16.00-19.00 at Karolinelundsvej 38-40, 9000 Aalborg.
All of our prices are incl. VAT and other fees.
All orders and agreements can be made in Danish or English.
The full purchase price must be received for all orders before they can be processed.
When you place an order with Platform4 Shop, a confirmation of the order placed and the amount to be debited from your credit card will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. The confirmation will contain your unique order number and details of the products you have purchased. Please keep this document somewhere safe if issues arise with the purchased product.
No amounts will be debited from your credit card until such time as the product has been shipped to you.
In addition to the above, there are customary shipping charges payable, these charges will be specified in the order.
If a product is sold out, this will normally be stated in the shop window, but we reserve the right to specify this in subsequent e-mail.
We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website exactly reflect the colors of the actual garments. The colors seen from our website will partly depend on the color reproduction on your computer.
As a consumer you have the right to cancel the purchase. The right to cancel an order must be exercised within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product. The right to cancel an order can only be used if the product is returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received. The right to cancel an order lapses where product has been used.
If you wish to return a product please send an e-mail to email@example.com, before taking any further steps. Upon receipt of your e-mail we will send you instructions.
REGISTER A COMPLAINT
As provided for in the Danish Sales of Goods Act and unless otherwise stated, you have a period of 24 months on all goods within which to file your complaint. The right to complain means that you can complain about defects in the product up until a period of 24 months after you have received the product.
It is essential that these defects are not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Furthermore, the defect must have been present when you received the product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the discovery of the defect.
Trading with Platform4 Shop requires that you register with following personal data: name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information.
You have the ability to choose an address for delivery that is different from the address and place of payment.
If we find inaccurate information, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Personal data which is registered with Platform4 is stored for 2 years.
Please note that personal data is recorded for the purposes of delivering your order, or for sending you information if you have agreed to receive such information. By accepting our Terms and Conditions you also agree to the registering of your personal data through our web site for the purpose of handling your order.
No other sensitive personal data is recorded.
Platform4 fully understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose information about our customers/users to third parties, unless this is necessary to implement a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior and express permission.
In Platform4 Shop we use log statistics which mean that a statistics-system collect information that gives statistics on how many visitors we have, where they come from and what the order consist of. We only use the log statistics on order to optimize our service and business.
