Datamat pt. II is a long weekend full of hacking, workshops, gaming, music and fun! Join to explore technologies, hack objects, play computer games and enjoy chiptunes - or whatever kind of technology nerdery that you enjoy - while meeting new people and learning new skills.
Datamat, which is organized by the creative group TS Collective among others, is a bi-annual 3 day event full of fun play with technology in all kinds of ways. The idea is that participants can either choose to collaborate with other participants or work on something of their own.
If a participant or group of participants so chooses, they can opt to create something within three distinct themes ("gaming", "electronics" or "artistic installation"), pitch their project to the rest of the participants on the first day and then display their creation at the end of the weekend - thereby also competing for the Datamat Prize, which will be given to the best project on the last day of the event. Participation in this competition is entirely optional - there is no pressure to participate.
Workshops are offered to participants each day, but you can also easily just work on your own the whole time, or simply in between.
It's all very casual, and everyone are invited. All you need is any basic/beginner technology skill of some sort, some curiosity and finally some stuff to play with (computer, game console, electronics, hackable hardware, code, whatever).

Participation is free of charge! Breakfast is on the house, but other meals are paid for by participants themselves (it will be pizza, sandwich or stuff like that, depending on what you want).

Friday:

12.00 - 16.00 - Workshop: Unity 3D at Bo Nicolaisen

Saturday:

20.00 – Exhibition of Projects - and vote for Datamat Award
22.00 – 03.00 - Party
