Platform4 presents a new long-term project under the name [b]Platform4 IN-A-BOX[b] – and the call is open now! We invite artists, project and product developers to contribute to the lively universe of the art and technology hothouse on the Eastern Harbour of the city of Aalborg. We are strictly seeking projects/events that can be able to be transformed into and mobilised as a content of some containers. During your working process Platform4 gives you the spatial frames (a workspace on the Rooftop – and under the same circumstances as all the other users of this space of the house) to develope your artefact, prototype or plan your event – as well as the great possibility to display your work during the PRE-EXPO exhibition in August 2011. And if your project is among the five selected, you will have the chance to get around with it and present it at other art and cultural venues across Denmark. Financial conditions: 10.000 DKK/project incl. project production Deadline: Every first Tuesday of the month Please note that Platform4 searches to support projects where technology should serve artistic value of the project – technique must not be a goal in itself.
